I want to become a Brett ambassador - how does it work?
You log in to your customer account.
Select the item "To ambassador account".
There you copy your personal link and send it to your friends.
IMPORTANT: Your friends must then log in via this link or create an account. This is important, otherwise the link cannot be assigned.
Your referred person can then order directly or later via their customer account.
Points are counted only from a purchase value of 99€ and the referred person receives also only from 99€ your premium.
You will receive 10% of the purchase value of the first order credited in the form of points.
Orders below the minimum order value of 99€ do not generate points for you.

Who can I refer?
You can refer new customers who have not yet created a customer account with their email address.
Why was my online recommendation not evaluated?
An online recommendation can only be evaluated if the referred person creates the customer account via the recommendation link. This is because the recommendation is then assigned. Further requirements are that he does not make use of his right of withdrawal.
My referred person did not create the customer account via the link sent to me in front - what now?
Unfortunately, we cannot link the accounts or assign orders afterwards. Next time it will work for sure.
When will the points be credited?
After 30 days, after the expiration of the withdrawal period.

What is one point worth?
You get one point for every 1€ ordered. This point in turn has a value of 0,10€.

As soon as your first order is over 99€ (excluding postage), the selected reward will be automatically added to your shopping cart.
Can I collect the points?
Yes, you can collect the points. You can always see the current status in your ambassador account.
Do the points expire at some point?
The points must be redeemed by 31.4.2024. The Board Ambassador is designed as a trial version and may be extended after 31.4.2024.
Where do I see my credits?
You log in to your customer account and select "To Ambassador Account".
Can I see in my account who has followed my recommendation?
Yes, you can see in your account who has followed your recommendation.
