The purpose of data processing is to process your message to us. The data will be deleted after this processing, provided that no legal processing for other purposes results subsequently from your message.

Newsletter by mailchimp

You can register on our website to receive a free newsletter. For sending the newsletter we use the service MailChimp. The service is provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA.

We need a valid e-mail address to process your registration. When you register, this and any other data you enter will be sent to The Rocket Science Group in encrypted form.
In addition, the following data is collected upon registration:

We reserve the right to store the data of the registration for a period of 3 years in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 No. 1 lit. f DSGVO in order to document proof of your consent. This is also our primary interest. The purpose of the data processing is the proof of your registration for the newsletter. Taking into account the regular limitation period for civil law claims, your data will be deleted after 3 years.

BLOG

You have the opportunity to leave individual comments on individual articles ("blog articles") on our website after they have been approved by us. To submit a comment, a user name (pseudonym), a valid e-mail address and other information about your comment are required. In addition to your comment and other information, we also store the date and time of your entry, your user name (pseudonym) and the IP address of your computer. Taking into account the regular limitation period for civil law claims, your data will be deleted after 3 years.

Goods order

We offer you the opportunity to purchase goods on our website. You can order goods by means of a customer account including registration or by the individual communication channels specified in this declaration.

To create a customer account, please enter your data in the corresponding input mask and send the registration form to us by clicking the "Next" button.

The data is transmitted in encrypted form.
The following data is collected and stored by us:
– First and last name with salutation
– Your e-mail address
– Your address

As part of the registration process, we collect your consent to the processing of your data. The creation of a user account simplifies the ordering process for you and gives you the opportunity to save the data you have provided for future orders, to define your preferred payment method and to review your previous orders.

In the case of an order via our shop, we store all data entered by you within the scope of your use of our range of goods.
