The item you want to return is unused and without individual engraving? Then please download our cancellation form from the link below, fill it out and enclose it with the return.

++ For a return within Germany you will receive a return stamp from us on request. For a return from other countries you bear the costs yourself. We will refund the full original payment amount upon receipt of the goods, including the cost of the first shipment. ++
