Simply solid: Our 40mm olive head wood is probably unique on the market in this quality. The extremely dense and therefore remarkably cool material is also around 30% heavier than oak with the same size and therefore a real heavyweight.
Wood fibres running on edge protect sensitive knife blades and the strict grid of the individual blocks visually arranges the expressive internal structure.
